I have lived in an Associated Brokers property for seven years. I have been very pleased with this management company, which is owned by Anthony Irizarry. Just yesterday, Anthony had my furnace fixed within 6 hours and he even hand delivered space heaters for me, just in case the furnace company was unable to fix the furnace quickly. He also had a slightly leaking pipe fixed within 20 hours. I have stayed with Anthony, because he has everything fixed within a timely manner and is a great property manager. He has always been kind to me and very professional. I would highly recommend renting from Associated Brokers and/or have them manage your rental properties for you. I have actually rented 2 different properties from Associated Brokers and they have been great! Whenever I have an issue they take care of it very quickly an the people they use to fix the problems have been very professional. When my work situation changed and I needed to move to a different part of town I looked at what they had available first and they had another great property that fit what I was looking for. I have been renting from them for over 6 years and in comparison to other companies I have rented from before them they are the best!
